VODKA COCKTAIL RECIPE | BALSAMIC BERRY FIZZ

A 3-layered refreshing drink that is sure to WOW your guests. Berries and vodka are, after all the perfect pair.

• Prep time 15 minutes.
• Serves 4

Ingredients:

Berry syrup

1. 150g blueberries
2. Half a cup balsamic vinegar
3. Half a cup sugar. 

Method

1. Add all of these to a sauce pan and reduce to a syrup texture.

4 x Cranberry Glitter Bombs

1L Cranberry Juice

Lemonade

1 can coconut cream - whipped or Orley Whip

Method:

• Chill 4 whiskey glasses.
• Add berry syrup to the bottom of each, equally shared.
• Add ice to each glass.
• A cranberry Glitter Bomb into each  glass
• Add 100ml of cranberry juice to each glass
• Top up with lemonade
• Spoon over whipped cream
