WILDY DIFFERENT GIN & TONIC

We do the traditional differently (always!) and our take on a summer favourite the humble gin and tonic is sure to delight!

You'll need:

 Champagne flutes

KindaDifferent Wild berry infused gin

Good quality tonic water 

For the lemon and lime foam: an ISI cream whipper, fill with 5 egg whites, 1 shot of simple syrup, tsp green food colouring and 5 drops of our lemon and lime intense flavour drops. Charge and shake your ISI and then refrigerate for 30 mins.

Pour your gin and tonic just the way you like it and top off with your foam to serve.
