MALIBU BARBIE COCKTAIL RECIPE

If Barbie was a flavour, what would she be? This cocktail embodies the essence of our favourite girl-doll.

Ingredients:

• 1 shot Grenadine
• 1 Strawberry Glitter Bomb
• 1 shot Malibu Coconut Rum
• 1 Shot Lemon Juice
• 100ml Pineapple juice 
• Dried pineapple to garnish
• Pink cake sprinkles to garnish
• Vegan foamer

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a block of ice. Shake until the ice melts.

Serve into a chilled coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with dried pineapple and cake sprinkles.
